    Role Summary

    A well-established small animal practice in Antioch, IL, is seeking a compassionate, motivated Associate Veterinarian to join a collaborative, team-oriented environment.     About the Practice

    • Established small animal general practice serving the community since 1979
    • Team of four experienced veterinarians providing collaborative support
    • Strong emphasis on compassionate, relationship-based client care
    • Equipped with digital radiography, ultrasound, laser therapy, an in-house lab, and advanced monitoring systems
    • Located near lakes, trails, and excellent schools, offering great outdoor and family-friendly living

    Key Responsibilities

    • Provide comprehensive medical, surgical, and preventive care to small animals
    • Build strong client relationships through clear communication and education
    • Collaborate with a supportive veterinary team to deliver high-quality care
    • Maintain accurate medical records and follow best practice standards

    Schedule

    • 4–5 days per week
    • Includes 2 Saturdays per month
    • Part-time options available

    Qualifications

    • Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) degree
    • Licensed (or eligible for licensure) in Illinois
    • Strong interest in client education and teamwork
    • Open to both new graduates and experienced veterinarians
