Associate Veterinarian, 4-Day Week, Up to $30K Sign-On

A newly built small animal general practice in the Indianapolis area is hiring a full-time Associate Veterinarian.

The practice provides medical, surgical, and dental care in a modern facility with advanced technology. The team is kindness-focused, and doctors work alongside new colleagues in rooms and surgery.

Key Highlights:

• Four days per week, 8:00am to 6:00pm, with no on-call
• 2:1 staff-to-doctor ratio
• Newly built facility with modern equipment and smart systems
• Mentorship, peer groups, ongoing coaching, and access to a network training academy
• Partnership opportunities through a national partnership network

About You:

• DVM or VMD from an accredited school
• Valid Indiana veterinary license, or eligible
• Experienced veterinarians only; no new grads at this time

Benefits:

• $140,000 to $170,000 + production, no negative accrual; earning potential $230K+ (base-only, production-only, or base plus production options)
