Boeing Global Services (BGS) is looking for an Associate Tool Coordinator to join our Material Maintenance Operations team in San Antonio, TX.

Position Responsibilities:

Satisfies manufacturing requirements for non-production materials, tools and shop supplies

Analyzes products to ensure compliance to process requirements

Identifies and recommends appropriate solutions to meet manufacturing and process requirements

Facilitates acquisition of authorized commodities to meet requirements

Reviews inventory stock usage to ensure cost effective use of resources

Satisfies requirements for non-production materials, portable tools (capital/expense), perishable tools, shop supplies in support of manufacturing by utilizing inventory management systems and processes

Analyzes products using industry specifications, procedures, engineering product definition and manufacturing processes ensuring compliance processing requirements

Identifies and recommends appropriate solutions to meet manufacturing and process requirements by analyzing manufacturing processes and requirements

Facilitates the acquisition of commodities authorized by manufacturing using procurement systems and processes to satisfy manufacturing processes and requirements

Reviews inventory stock usage to utilize resources cost effectively by following inventory management systems, methodologies and processes

This position must meet export control compliance requirements. To meet export control compliance requirements, a "U.S. Person" as defined by 22 C.F.R. §120.15 is required. "U.S. Person" includes U.S. Citizen, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

2+ years of experience with warehouse inventory including tools accuracy and accountability

1+ years of experience working in a computer-based inventory management system or warehouse management system

Experience using a computer to complete work-related activities

Ability to work rotating and/or variable shifts to support mission requirements and workload

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

2+ years of experience with crib procedures for daily work activities

Summary Pay Rate: $57,000 / $27.40 per hour
