    Technology Transactions Associate (3–5 Years) – AmLaw 100 Powerhouse

    Locations: Boston, New York, San Francisco or San Diego

    The Opportunity

    • Software licensing, SaaS, and platform deals

    • IP-driven M&A and financing support

    • Collaboration, supply, and distribution agreements

    • E-commerce and digital media transactions

    • Legal diligence on cutting-edge AI and emerging tech

    What You Bring

    • 3–5 years of tech transactions experience at a peer firm

    • Sophisticated drafting and negotiation skills

    • Strong academic credentials; science/tech background a plus

    • Bar admission in the state you are applying or ability to quickly waive in.

    • Bonus: AI or machine learning legal engagement exposure
