Associate Tech Support Analyst - 3rd Shift

Ability to handle a high volume of work accurately with frequent interruptions. One or more years of customer service and/or phone support experience.

• Ability to work varying shifts and weekends.
• Excellent attendance and punctuality record

Preferred Qualifications

• Current or previous Publix retail experience
• Familiarity supporting Microsoft Windows Servers
