What You'll Do
As an Associate Systems Engineer, you will contribute to the design, testing, and performance evaluation of complex systems while working alongside experienced engineering professionals.
Key Responsibilities:- Execute laboratory protocols, perform testing activities, and collect data on new product development models.
- Support system design, concept generation, and engineering development activities.
- Participate in design reviews and technical discussions.
- Conduct performance, reliability, and verification testing against engineering specifications.
- Evaluate system interactions and document test results.
- Analyze data and provide findings to project teams.
- Assist with troubleshooting activities to identify root causes and recommend engineering solutions.
- Support the development and improvement of manufacturing processes.
- Research technical literature and apply findings to engineering projects.
- Monitor work quality and promote a "Quality First Time" mindset.
- Present technical data and findings to team members and stakeholders.
- Contribute ideas that improve processes, efficiency, and product performance.
- Participate in collaborative technical team activities and special projects as assigned.

Preferred Qualifications:- Knowledge of electro-mechanical systems, devices, or equipment.

- Effective verbal and written communication abilities.
- Experience gathering, organizing, and presenting technical data.
- Familiarity with engineering research and technical literature reviews.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a team environment.
- Internship, co-op, laboratory, or project experience within the medical device, healthcare technology, biomedical, mechanical, chemical, or related industries is highly desirable.
Education & Experience
Required:- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering or a related discipline.
- 0-3 years of professional engineering experience.
