Compensation:
Pay Range:$100,000-$154,000 Per Year

Description
The position is based in Charlotte, NC, and offers a full-time opportunity. 
The role involves supporting the North America Human Resources business units by designing, developing, and maintaining integrations for HR systems. 
The ideal candidate will have experience with integration technologies and be responsible for ensuring data integrity and operational efficacy.

Key Responsibilities
Support HR system integrations to ensure seamless data flow.
Design and develop solutions to meet business requirements.
Implement and support business event and workflow processes.
Ensure compliance with technology and security policies.
Provide technical support and propose technology solutions.

Qualifications
5-7 years of specialized experience in integration development.
Experience working in business and financial team environments.
Advanced knowledge of creating integrations and SQL.
Ability to produce detailed system requirements and process diagrams.
Strong problem-solving and time management skills.
