The Associate Strategic Sourcing Manager will make a direct impact to the success of the institution, collaborating with the wider team and external suppliers.Job DescriptionLead on cross-functional and direct sourcing activities for the assigned category. Work collaboratively with the wider procurement and internal stakeholder network to set objectives. Identify value-generating opportunities with new suppliers. Evaluate and review all contract terms and conditions, identifying any key potential risks and red lines appropriately. Build strong relationships with existing suppliers and able to build solid relationships with new vendors. Ability to negotiate and identify commercial opportunities.
