Position Overview
JOB TITLE: Associate - SR9526573
Deutsche Bank Securities Inc. seeks an Associate in New York, NY to support the execution of live transactions for the Consumer Coverage Team.
Requirements:
- Requires a Masters degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field, or equivalent.
- Two years of experience executing mergers, acquisitions, and capital markets transactions, including equity and debt.
Responsibilities:
- Composing marketing materials, including Confidential Information Memoranda, Management Presentations, and Teasers.
- Managing NDA execution with counterparties.
- Handling the distribution of marketing materials.
- Documenting buyer interactions.
- Preparing offering documents, including prospectuses and term sheets.
- Performing due diligence, deal structuring, and managing data rooms.
- Investor outreach.
- Preparing valuation analysis, including Discounted Cash Flows, Leveraged Buyouts, merger models, precedent transactions, and public comparable analyses.
- Preparing financial analyses, including operating models, Pro Forma P&Ls, and Return on Investment (ROI) analyses on SaaS unit economics.
- Summarizing and analyzing Business Services tech consumption data to determine business valuation, top-line revenue.
- Executing transaction constructs, including corporate carve-outs, sponsor portfolio company sales, and private company sales.
- Building and maintaining detailed financial models, including DCF, comparable companies, and precedent transactions to assess strategic alternatives.
- Conducting market analysis on sector trends, competitive positioning, and financial performance on public and private technology companies and consumer verticals.
Salary Range: $200,000.00 - $225,000.00/year.
