Your Role
Akkodis is seeking an Associate Specialist Documentation for a Contract with a client in Scarborough, ME. The ideal candidate with experience managing document control processes, quality system documentation, and regulatory compliance activities to ensure accuracy, consistency, and audit readiness within regulated environments.
Rate Range: $28/hour to $30/hour; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.
Associate Specialist Documentation Job Responsibilities include:
Review, process, and maintain controlled documents, change requests, and revisions in accordance with quality and regulatory requirements.
Ensure documentation accuracy, consistency, approvals, and compliance with established Quality Management System (QMS) procedures.
Coordinate document reviews and approval workflows with cross-functional teams and stakeholders across multiple sites.
Manage document access, version control, retention, and archival activities to support regulatory and audit requirements.
Support quality system initiatives by reviewing product specifications, labeling documents, and associated records for compliance and accuracy.
Participate in cross-functional projects, resolve documentation-related issues, and drive continuous improvement of document control processes and quality systems.
Required Qualifications:
Associate's degree required; bachelor's degree preferred in Business Administration, Quality Management, Life Sciences, Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum 2+ years of experience in Document Control, Quality Systems, Records Management, or a regulated industry environment.
Strong experience reviewing, processing, and maintaining controlled documents, change requests, and quality records in compliance with regulatory and quality system requirements.
Proven ability to manage document management systems, coordinate cross-functional approvals, ensure audit readiness, and support Quality Management System (QMS) processes within regulated environments.

Pay Details: $28.00 to $30.00 per hour
