HumanHire is partnered with a LI based law firm to add an Associate to join their growing team in Melville! Their partners bring over 30 years of prior legal experience & the firm specializes in Insurance Defense, Construction Law, Municipal Law, & Corp/Transactional Services!

We Offer:

• Pay: $110-150K Base Salary plus Bonus!
• Bonus Structure: 7,500k+

Associate Responsibilities:

• Handle complex litigation cases across construction law and design professional liability practice groups
• Conduct in-depth legal research, analyze complex legal issues, and draft legal memoranda
• Prepare pleadings, discovery requests, responses, and motions

Junior Associate Qualifications:

• JD Required
• Active State Bar admission in NY (NJ admission is a plus).
• Minimum of 3–7 years of litigation experience, preferably with exposure to construction law, commercial disputes, or professional liability
