    Description

    Make an Impact Through Science

    • Execute critical in vitro ADME assays, including metabolic stability (microsomes and hepatocytes), plasma protein binding, and permeability studies that help predict how drug candidates will perform in the body.
    • Support drug discovery programs by generating high-quality scientific data for pharmaceutical and biotech clients.

    Work with Advanced Analytical Technologies

    • Perform quantitative bioanalysis using Liquid Chromatography-Mass Spectrometry (LC-MS/MS) instrumentation.
    • Learn and apply industry GLP regulatory best practices for sample preparation, instrument operation, and analytical troubleshooting.

    Transform Data into Insight

    • Contribute to study reports and ensure data integrity through accurate documentation and quality-focused practices.

    Be a Key Member of the ADME team

    • Operate, maintain, and troubleshoot laboratory instrumentation and equipment.
    • Help maintain a safe, organized, and efficient laboratory environment.
    • Collaborate with scientists and project leads to deliver exceptional results for clients.
    • B.S. or M.S. in Chemistry, Biochemistry, Pharmacology, Pharmaceutical Sciences, or a related scientific discipline.
    • 0-3 years of relevant laboratory experience.
    • Academic research, undergraduate/graduate laboratory work, internships, or industry experience are all valued.

    Technical Skills

    • Strong laboratory skills, including pipetting and sample preparation.
    • Exposure to analytical techniques such as LC-MS/MS is preferred.
    • Familiarity with data analysis and reporting tools such as Excel, GraphPad Prism, or similar software.
    • Strong attention to detail, organization, and a commitment to producing high-quality scientific work.
