    Description

    REPAY (Realtime Electronic Payments) is currently seeking a talented Associate Sales Coordinator. The ideal candidate will enjoy digging for information, is highly organized and detail-oriented, able to think outside the box, and is comfortable talking and asking probing questions. Taks include supporting and facilitating our sales team and the overall goals of our company. This role will work closely with our Onboarding, Implementation, and Underwriting Teams and have direct communications with Sponsor Banks.     You will be responsible for:

    • Provide day-to-day administrative support as needed for Sales Enablement Specialist, Sales Executive and Director of Sales
    • Provide support as required to Sales Enablement Specialist and Sales Executive to achieve new account acquisition and new account revenue goals
    • Serve as liaison with new merchant/clients to assist during application submission, REPAY/Bank Underwriting, and boarding/implementation
    • Work with Sales Enablement Specialists and Sales Executives to assist in submitting Pends when additional information needs to be supplied to the Underwriting Department
    • Provide quality assurance in reviewing all merchant application submissions.
    • Review merchant profiles and data detail/entry within Salesforce.
    • Provide one-call resolution with regards to Sales Executive inquiries on products, services, policies & procedures, new account boarding, pricing, and other general inquiries
    • Assist in managing escalated issues with clients and Sales Executives
    • Assist managers with general new account portfolio reporting and analytics
    • Provide other sales support as necessary.

    Skills and experience you should possess:

    • 0-2 years of sales or administrative experience in financial services and banking industry
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple competing priorities
    • Ability to learn quickly and to work both independently and as part of a team toward the achievement of client and Sales team goals
    • Exhibits a proactive and forward-thinking approach to support
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
    • Strong analytical skills with the ability to quickly and creatively identify and resolve issues
    • Strong organizational and time management skills
    • High motivation and attention to detail a must
    • Proficiency with MS Office, particularly MS Excel and Adobe
    • Experience with CRM systems (e.g. Salesforce)
    • BA/BS degree in Business, Communications, or equivalent field experience
