- Practice Setting: Academic + Clinical (50/50 split)
- Compensation: Competitive salary + administrative stipend

Your Role
Join a mission-driven health system and support the growth of a new, 4-year ACGME-accredited PM&R Residency Program. As Associate Program Director, youll collaborate with program leadership to shape curriculum, mentor residents, and ensure academic excellencewhile maintaining a fulfilling clinical practice.
What Youll Do
50% Administrative
- Assist Program Director with curriculum development and ACGME compliance
- Lead didactics, resident recruitment, and mentoring
- Oversee resident evaluations and program improvement initiatives
50% Clinical
- Serve as Attending in inpatient rehab or outpatient neuro clinics
- Provide hands-on resident teaching and patient care
- Support a team-based, community-focused approach to rehabilitation

Qualifications
- Board Certified in Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation
- At least 3 years clinical or academic experience in an ACGME setting
- Strong communication and mentoring skills
- Academic experience and scholarly activity preferred
