Overview:

Schedule: Monday - Friday, day shift, onsite position.

 

Purpose Statement/Position Summary:  The Associate Research Specialist, under supervision, conducts routine laboratory research procedures. Follows protocol to perform experiments. Tabulates data and may assist with analysis. Performs routine equipment maintenance and orders supplies. May provide instruction to support personnel.

Minimum Qualifications/Work Experience:  Experience working in a laboratory environment required; Preferred 1+ years experience performing laboratory research. Experience with molecular biology techniques preferred. 

Education/Licensure/Certifications: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a scientific field. Applicants must have completed their bachelor's degree by their anticipated start date.

Final determination of a successful candidate’s starting pay will vary based on a number of factors, including, but not limited to, education and experience within the job or the industry. The pay scale listed for this position is generally for candidates who meet the specified qualifications and requirements listed on this specific job description. Additional pay may be determined for those candidates who exceed these specified qualifications and requirements. We provide a competitive compensation package that recognizes your experience, credentials, and education alongside a robust benefits program to meet your needs.
