    Description

    MAU is hiring an Associate Relations Leader. As an Associate Relations Leader, you will oversee employee relations, payroll, attendance, onboarding, and workforce support while partnering with customer leadership to achieve operational and staffing goals. This is a direct-hire, full-time position.

    Shift Information

    • Monday through Friday, 7:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
    • Schedule is subject to client needs, including early mornings and periodic second-shift coverage.

    Required Education and Experience

    • High school diploma
    • Two years of professional experience in human resources, employee relations, or a related field
    • Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook and Microsoft Office
    • Experience handling difficult situations

    Preferred Education and Experience

    • Bachelors degree
    • Three or more years of experience in manufacturing supervision or human resources
    • Experience using an Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
    • Experience with root cause analysis
    • Data analysis experience
    • Lean Green Belt certification

    Essential Functions

    • Support MAU associates throughout onboarding, employment, and conversion at customer sites
    • Process, verify, and maintain employee records, including attendance, performance documentation, investigations, and terminations
    • Utilize Microsoft Office applications and MAUs Applicant Tracking System daily
    • Enter, maintain, and update job orders within the Applicant Tracking System
    • Partner with recruiting teams to communicate staffing updates, quality feedback, and workforce needs
    • Audit employee time records
    • Evaluate safety and business risks using sound judgment and escalate concerns as needed
    • Analyze issues using logical problem-solving techniques
    • Identify opportunities to improve and streamline work processes
    • Audit and authorize required personnel documentation
    • Support organizational initiatives with a positive and solutions-oriented approach
    • Demonstrate effective verbal and written communication skills
    • Build strong working relationships with customer management and MAU leadership
    • Explain company policies, procedures, and benefits to employees
    • Lead daily team meetings
    • Complete payroll processing to ensure associates are paid accurately and on time
    • Participate in and lead safety audits, behavioral-based observations, and safety walks

    Work Environment and Physical Demands

    • Work is performed at customer facilities in both office and manufacturing environments.
    • Regular use of computers, phones, copiers, filing systems, and other office equipment.
    • Manufacturing environments may include industrial equipment, powered industrial vehicles, non-temperature-controlled areas, and GMP clean room environments.

    Physical Requirements

    • Lift 5-20 pounds regularly and up to 50 pounds occasionally
    • Stand and walk for up to 9 hours
    • Climb stairs multiple times throughout the workday

    Travel

    • Up to 10% travel, including occasional overnight travel
