    As a Sales & Recruitment Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in growing our business by developing client relationships, sourcing top STEM talent, and managing the full recruitment lifecycle.     What Youll Be Doing

    Business Development & Sales

    • Identify and engage new business opportunities within your assigned market.
    • Build and expand relationships with new and existing clients through networking, meetings, referrals, and strategic outreach.
    • Conduct cold calls, warm calls, and client presentations to generate new business.
    • Negotiate commercial terms and secure partnership agreements with hiring organizations.
    • Manage and grow a portfolio of client accounts while delivering exceptional service.

    Recruitment & Candidate Management

    • Source, attract, and assess high-quality STEM candidates for niche opportunities.
    • Develop compelling job advertisements and recruitment campaigns.
    • Screen, interview, and qualify candidates against client requirements.
    • Present qualified candidates and manage interview processes.
    • Guide candidates through offer negotiations and successfully close placements.
    • Maintain strong candidate relationships through onboarding and post-placement follow-up.

    Relationship Building

    • Serve as a trusted advisor to both clients and candidates.
    • Develop market expertise within your specialized STEM sector.
    • Deliver a consultative experience that drives long-term partnerships and repeat business.

    What Were Looking For

    Required Qualifications

    • 6 months to 2 years of experience in sales, business development, recruiting, customer-facing, or relationship management roles.
    • Experience making outbound calls, generating opportunities, and influencing decision-makers.
    • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
    • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.
    • Proven ability to meet goals, deadlines, or performance metrics.
