ASSOCIATE RECRUITER – Fashion and Product

Role Summary
The Associate Recruiter – Fashion and Product, will participate in aspects of full-cycle recruiting by assisting with assigned roles, sourcing and screening candidates, coordinating interviews, and supporting communication with clients. This role is designed for early-career recruiters developing toward greater role ownership while contributing directly to search execution, candidate experience, and client delivery. A background in product lifecycle, creative recruiting is preferred.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage recruiting tasks with the direction and guidance from Senior Director Creative Recruiting.
- Source, screen, and assess candidates for fit, experience, and alignment.
- Conduct candidate outreach, as guided by the Senior Director Creative Recruiting
- Contribute to or prepare clear, well-structured candidate write-ups for submission.
- Support communication with clients by preparing updates, documentation, and search materials.
- Coordinate interviews between clients and candidates and manage feedback loops.
- Maintain accurate pipeline and status updates within TA tools such as Avionté, LinkedIn, and other sourcing or recruiting platforms.
- Source talent to support both active recruiting needs and business development efforts.
- Build and maintain relationships with candidates for future opportunities.
- Deliver a professional, high-quality candidate experience throughout the sourcing and screening process.
- Support administrative recruiting tasks, job postings, and talent research as needed.

Requirements
- 1-2 years of recruiting experience for a fashion or home brands working on product life cycle roles or a background in Fashion/ Apparel industry
- Understanding of the product creation process
- Experience sourcing, screening and submitting candidates
- Knowledge of basic recruiting tools
- Confident, ambitious and eager to learn
Compensation
- Hourly rate of $20-22 + commission and benefits
