QUICK OVERVIEW (TL;DR)
We’re hiring an Associate Reconstruction Project Manager (APM) — a high-potential future Project Manager who wants to build a career in construction and restoration. This hands-on development role provides training, mentorship, and real project experience to help you grow into managing residential and commercial reconstruction projects.
You’ll learn the full project lifecycle, from estimating and scheduling to subcontractor coordination, customer management, and project closeout.

THE ROLE – WHAT YOU'LL ACTUALLY DO
  • Train under a Senior Reconstruction Project Manager and learn the business end-to-end.
  • Support project scopes, estimates, budgets, schedules, and trade coordination.
  • Learn construction sequencing, subcontractor management, and job planning.
  • Assist with bids, change orders, supplements, and budget tracking.
  • Maintain job documentation, including photos, notes, and progress updates.
  • Communicate with homeowners, property managers, and adjusters.
  • Grow into managing smaller reconstruction projects with support.
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE
  • Valid driver’s license.
  • Comfortable working on job sites.
  • Strong communication and organization skills.
  • Basic technology skills.
PREFERRED EXPERIENCE
  • Residential or commercial construction experience.
  • Trade, carpentry, or general contracting background.
  • Experience coordinating subcontractors.
  • Exposure to Xactimate, Symbility, or estimating tools.
COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
  • Base salary: $55K–$65K based on experience.
  • Total compensation potential: $65K–$95K+ with performance incentives.
  • PTO, 401(k) with company match, medical reimbursement, and training support.
