Description

This is an onsite position in Indianapolis, IN 46256.

Pay: $39/hour. W2 only.

Duration:1 year with extensions based on client need and performance.

The Position
As the Launch and Lifecycle Associate Project Manager, you will be supporting operational launch readiness for the client's R&D team. You will help define the requirements for new product launch/lifecycle changes in alignment with relevant functions within Diagnostics Global Operations.

In this position you prepare and manage project plans for new product launches, lifecycle changes and
product obsolescence. You coordinate and contribute to cross-functional launch/lifecycle teams and
collaborate with stakeholders across the company. Further, you collaborate closely with Master Data
experts and strive for continuous optimization, proactively identifying and removing roadblocks and risks.


Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree is required
• 2+ years of experience in project coordination/project management is required.
• Experience within the diagnostics, medical device, biotechnology, pharmaceutical, or life sciences industry is strongly preferred.
Cross-functional exp in a manufacturing set-up is the kind of operations background that would stand out
• Working knowledge of SAP, Design Control process and Agile/Scaled Agile Framework
concepts is a plus but not required.
