GENERAL JOB SUMMARY:
To ensure programs meet the customer schedule and budgeted profit.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
- Performs final job review and resolves ongoing technical contractual job requirements (schedule, technical requirements, and budget).
- Responsible for program budget, schedule, monitoring, and completion of goals and milestones in accordance with approved plans.
- Establishes program organization and structure and priorities (resource management, scheduling, staff).
- Maintains on-going communication with customers to accomplish program goals.
- Reviews and approves waivers, deviations prior to submittal to customer.
- Creates and manages program schedules.
- Communicates program status to rest of organization.
- Other duties may be assigned.
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITY:
This position does not have supervisory responsibilities.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
- 2-year college/university education (engineering or technical degree), or equivalent experience.
- 1-2 years related experience in a manufacturing environment.
WORK ENVIRONMENT/PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
- Office environment.
- Ability to stand and sit for long periods of time.
- Ability to lift up to 10 pounds.
- Ability to follow standard precautions using personal protective equipment as required.
