Position Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Associate Program Manager to help lead a large-scale, high-profile residential energy efficiency program in Illinois. The ideal candidate will have at least 3-5 years of experience in program management, a deep understanding of energy efficiency for residential and multi-family sectors, and some experience and exposure to electrification. This role requires strong leadership and client management skills, and the ability to work with diverse stakeholders effectively.

Pay Transparency: This compensation range is provided as a reasonable estimate of the current starting salary range for this role. If this opportunity includes multiple job levels, the salary information represents the job level minimum and the job level maximum. A team member may be eligible for additional pay, premiums, or bonus potential. Walker-Miller Energy Services offers eligible employees health, vision and dental insurance, retirement, and tuition reimbursement.
Compensation Range: $66,000-$85,000/ annually
