What You'll Do:
- Label, inspect, and package final container products using manual or automated systems.
- Set up, change-over, and operate labeling and packaging equipment efficiently.
- Perform data entry, imprinting computer-generated labels, and maintain thorough records in compliance with regulatory standards.
- Participate in filling, labeling, and packaging operations while adhering to GMP, ISO, and SOP guidelines.
- Conduct in-process quality checks such as fill checks, torque assessments, vision system inspections, and label alignment reviews.
- Inspect products for defects and ensure conformance to quality standards.
- Assist with cleanroom activities like aseptic gowning and decontamination procedures.
- Support warehousing activities including inventory management, picking, issuing, and shipping.
- Maintain a safe, clean, and compliant work environment.
Essential Skills and Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- 0 to 2 years of experience in production, manufacturing, filling, labeling, or warehouse operations.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Good understanding of GMP, SOPs, and safety regulations.
- Basic computer proficiency for data entry and documentation.
Nice-to-Have Skills:
- Prior experience in a GMP-regulated environment.
- Familiarity with aseptic processing or pharmaceutical manufacturing.
- Experience operating packaging or labeling machinery.
Preferred Education and Experience:
- High School diploma with relevant production or manufacturing experience.
- Early-career candidates enthusiastic about learning in a regulated environment.
Other Requirements:
- Ability to work on-site in Branchburg, NJ.
