Description

Summary:

  • Location: Remote (Any US time zone)
  • Duration: 1 year with possible extension

Responsibilities:

  • Develop new policy information views in our Service application and support customer 360 features within the experience.
  • Work cross-functionally with tech and UX teams, gaining feedback from business partners to define requirements and deliver on the roadmap.
  • Own service-related journeys for employees and independent agents, driving out requirements, experiences, and delivering features to market.
  • Partner closely with Research and Design to innovate and set strategic direction for exceptional service delivery.
  • Represent the voice of the customer and organization through the delivery of business value.
  • Define and prioritize features and stories in alignment with customer needs and organizational goals.
  • Collaborate with squads/teams, technologies, and architects across portfolios to develop a deep understanding of the technologies and systems supported.
  • Communicate product and portfolio vision to the squad/team and other squads/teams outside the portfolio/functional area.
  • Manage product backlog and set priorities for squad/team quarterly planning.
  • Monitor and maintain product health, supporting long-term product viability and efficiency.

Requirements:

  • Knowledge of Agile development methodologies and IT project management.
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (business, computer science, humanities, etc.).
  • Minimum 3 years of direct experience with agile teams and 7 years in business, technology, or consulting.
  • Strong leadership skills and ability to influence a diverse group of stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead a team and solve complex problems.

Preferred Skills:

  • Previous insurance experience and understanding of insurance elements.
  • Knowledge of relevant products and portfolio.
  • Strong experimental mindset to drive innovation amongst uncertainty.
