Essential Functions
The ideal candidate will support Product Manager(s) in defining product release requirements based on market problems. This candidate will work with Product Managers and Marketing Communications to assist in defining the go-to-market strategy by providing key product and market insights. Communications skills are key to success in this role. The candidate must be prepared to communicate with all areas of the company, with emphasis on supporting the sales channel and customers.
This candidate will possess a unique blend of business and technical savvy that includes a big-picture vision and the drive to make that vision a reality. This candidate must also enjoy spending time in the market to understand market problems, and finding innovative solutions for the broader market. Success is achieved by meeting or exceeding product P&L commitments.

The minimum and maximum full-time annual salary for this role is listed below, by location. Please note that this salary information is solely for candidates hired to perform work within this location. Experience and education refers to LanguageLine Solutions' current salary range for this position. US CA Monterey Headquarters and US (Remote) pay range is $60,000 -70,400 USD Annually. This role is also eligible for bonus potential. In addition, we offer a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, and a 401(k) plan.
Candidates hired to work in other locations will be subject to the pay range associated with that location, and the actual annualized salary amount offered to any candidate at the time of hire will be reflected solely in the candidate's offer letter.
