    Are you passionate about technology, customer engagement, and bringing innovative products to market? As an Associate Product Line Manager, you will support the growth and strategic management of our RF electronic component portfolio, including RF board-level components, filters, ferrite devices, and related solutions. Working closely with product management, engineering, sales, operations, and marketing teams, you will help shape product strategy, identify market opportunities, and support the successful development and commercialization of products that create value for customers around the world. This role is an excellent opportunity for an individual with a technical background and a desire to build a career in product management. Up to 25% travel should be anticipated.

We partner across engineering, sales, operations, supply chain, and marketing to deliver innovative RF solutions that address evolving market needs. Together, we drive portfolio growth, customer satisfaction, and long-term business success.

    What You Will Do

    • Support the strategic management and growth of a portfolio of RF electronic components and related solutions.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify market opportunities and develop product strategies that align with customer needs and business objectives.
    • Evaluate market trends, competitive dynamics, and customer insights to help guide product roadmap decisions.
    • Contribute to new product introduction efforts by partnering with engineering and commercial teams from concept through commercialization.
    • Help define compelling product positioning, messaging, and value propositions that differentiate solutions in the marketplace.
    • Build strong relationships with customers, channel partners, and internal stakeholders to understand application requirements and emerging industry trends.
    • Enable commercial success by providing product expertise, technical insights, and market intelligence to sales and marketing teams.
    • Support product lifecycle decisions through analysis of business performance, market adoption, profitability, and growth opportunities.
    • Partner with operations and supply chain teams to balance customer demand, inventory strategy, and business objectives.
    • Represent the product portfolio through customer engagements, industry events, training activities, and trade shows.

    Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)

    • Bachelor''s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Business, Marketing, or a related technical field.
    • Experience in product management, product marketing, engineering, sales, business development, or a related function.
    • Knowledge of electronic components, RF technologies, or related technical products.
    • Experience analyzing data, market trends, or business performance metrics to support decision-making.
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to collaborate across cross-functional teams.

    What Will Put You Ahead

    • Bachelor''s or Master''s degree in Electrical Engineering with an emphasis in RF, microwave, or communications technologies.
    • Experience working with RF board-level components, filters, ferrites, passive components, or related technologies.
    • Knowledge of product lifecycle management, pricing strategy, and portfolio management principles.
    • Experience conducting voice-of-customer activities, market research, and competitive analysis.
    • Experience supporting new product development and commercialization initiatives.
    • Familiarity with semiconductor, electronics, telecommunications, aerospace, defense, or industrial markets.
    • Experience presenting technical concepts to customers, sales teams, or executive stakeholders.
    • Exposure to forecasting, inventory management, or supply chain planning processes.
