Overview
Our client, a globally recognized technology and streaming organization, is seeking an experienced
Associate Producer III – Sports Creative Advertising Producer to support the execution of creative marketing campaigns for live sports programming.
This role is responsible for coordinating the development and delivery of high-impact A/V marketing assets—including trailers, TV spots, social content, and digital advertising—across multiple paid and owned media channels. The ideal candidate is highly organized, thrives in a fast-paced creative environment, and has experience managing multiple campaigns while collaborating with internal creative teams and external agency partners.
Key Responsibilities- Support the Creative A/V Marketing team in the planning and execution of live sports marketing campaigns.
- Coordinate the production and delivery of creative assets, including trailers, TV spots, social media content, digital advertising, and promotional videos.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining schedules, priorities, and deadlines.
- Build and maintain production timelines, monitor deliverables, and help ensure projects remain on schedule and within budget.
- Coordinate with external creative agencies, production vendors, editors, motion graphics artists, and post-production partners throughout the campaign lifecycle.
- Partner closely with creative, production management, marketing, and finishing teams to ensure seamless execution.
- Track project status, identify potential risks, and proactively communicate updates to stakeholders.
- Help maintain high creative quality standards across all campaign deliverables.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal teams and external vendors.
Required Qualifications- Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
- 5–7+ years of experience in Creative Production, Marketing Production, Integrated Production, or A/V Production.
- Experience producing creative advertising campaigns within entertainment, streaming, television, film, or live sports environments.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple high-volume creative projects simultaneously.
- Experience working with external creative agencies and post-production vendors.
- Strong understanding of A/V production workflows, including trailers, TV spots, social content, and digital advertising.
- Experience coordinating creative timelines, production schedules, budgets, and asset delivery.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and project management skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative, cross-functional environment.
Preferred Qualifications- Experience supporting live sports marketing campaigns.
- Familiarity with Formula 1, Major League Soccer (MLS), or other professional sports marketing initiatives.
- Experience working with motion graphics-based creative and derivative asset versioning.
- Knowledge of post-production workflows and creative approval processes.
- Experience collaborating with creative directors, editors, designers, and production management teams.
