Associate Producer - EA SPORTS

Working within the global EA SPORTS Production team at EA Vancouver, the Associate Producer will support multiple franchises of experienced Producers responsible for delivering high-quality video and design assets for major global marketing campaigns.

This role is an excellent opportunity for someone early in their production career who is looking to build hands-on experience within a world-class creative organization. You will support day-to-day production operations by tracking resources, maintaining production tools and asset libraries, coordinating meetings, and helping keep projects organized and on schedule. You will also serve as a point of contact for incoming production requests from across the business while developing the skills and experience to grow within the production discipline.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain visibility, tracking and reporting across franchise deliverables, production milestones, timelines and workstreams to ensure projects remain on schedule.

  • Manage production planning tools while maintaining accurate project data, resources and documentation.

  • Coordinate cross-functional production requests and provide ongoing production support across business-critical and non-business-critical initiatives.

  • Partner with internal Production and CFX teams to coordinate global asset distribution, toolkits, campaign guidance and production communications.

  • Own asset management, including file organization, asset libraries and sourcing content for internal and external stakeholders.

  • Provide operational and administrative support to Franchise Production leadership, including scheduling, travel, expenses and day-to-day production coordination.

  • Attend production meetings, capture decisions and feedback, translate action items into clear production plans and provide regular status updates to stakeholders.

  • Support Live Services production through planning, coordination and delivery of design toolkits and marketing assets.

  • Drive continuous production operations by improving processes, tracking incoming requests and ensuring effective stakeholder communication across the franchise.

Qualifications

  • You have 1-3 years of experience in production coordination, project coordination or a similar production support role.

  • Experience supporting creative production, marketing, project management or cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.

  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects, priorities and deadlines simultaneously.

  • Excellent attention to detail with a proven ability to maintain accurate project tracking, documentation and reporting.

  • Experience using project management and collaboration tools such as Airtable, Asana or similar platforms.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to coordinate effectively across cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

  • Experience managing digital assets, file structures and content libraries with a high level of organization.

  • Ability to track feedback, action items and production timelines while ensuring projects progress efficiently.

  • Proactive problem solver with the ability to identify risks, improve processes and drive operational efficiency.

  • Comfortable working collaboratively with creative, marketing, production and external partner teams.

  • Ability to manage confidential information with professionalism and discretion.

  • Highly adaptable with the ability to thrive in a dynamic production environment and respond effectively to changing priorities.

  • Passion for sports, gaming and entertainment marketing is an asset.

  • A desire to learn, grow and build a long-term career in production within EA SPORTS.

Pay Transparency - North America

COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS

The ranges listed below are what EA in good faith expects to pay applicants for this role in these locations at the time of this posting. If you reside in a different location, a recruiter will advise on the applicable range and benefits. Pay offered will be determined based on a number of relevant business and candidate factors (e.g. education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, geographic location, or business needs).

PAY RANGES

  • British Columbia (depending on location e.g. Vancouver vs. Victoria) *$67,000 - $92,700 CAD

Pay is just one part of the overall compensation at EA.

In Canada, we offer a package of benefits including vacation (3 weeks per year to start), 10 days per year of sick time, and extended health/dental/vision coverage and basic life insurance.
