The Work You’ll Take On:
Handle complex privacy disputes, from data breach class actions to state and federal privacy law claims, plus regulatory and attorney general investigations. You’ll manage significant matters end-to-end, working closely with a nationally recognized litigation team.
What You Bring:
3–5 years of privacy litigation experience, ideally with class action and regulatory exposure
Strong analytical, writing, and case management skills
Member of the California or New York Bar
Ability to present arguments clearly and manage multiple active matters at once
