Role description
We are seeking a Salesforce Technical Lead to guide the design development and delivery of scalable Salesforce solutions This role combines handson technical expertise with leadership responsibilities ensuring that projects meet business requirements align with platform best practices and are delivered on time The ideal candidate will mentor developers collaborate with architects and business stakeholders and play a key role in driving digital transformation initiatives on the Salesforce platform
Responsibilities
Leadership Delivery
Lead technical design code reviews and solution architecture for Salesforce projects
Act as a trusted advisor to stakeholders providing technical guidance and best practices
Oversee the full development lifecycle from requirement analysis to deployment and support
Collaborate with functional consultants business analysts and architects to deliver endtoend solutions
Ensure all development aligns with Salesforce governor limits security standards and scalability principles
Solution Design Development
Translate business requirements into robust reusable Salesforce solutions
Develop advanced components using Apex Lightning Web Components LWC Aura Visualforce and platform automation tools
Design and optimize APIs integrations and data models to support business processes
Ensure high performance security and scalability of solutions
Mentorship and Team Collaboration
Provide technical mentorship to Salesforce developers and junior team members
Conduct code reviews technical workshops and best practice sessions
Support Agile ceremonies sprint planning backlog grooming retrospectives as a technical leader
Work closely with QA teams to ensure quality assurance and testing strategies are met
Support Continuous Improvement
Troubleshoot complex production issues and lead root cause analysis
Proactively recommend process improvements new features and platform optimizations
Stay updated on Salesforce releases new features and AppExchange solutions and guide adoption
Ideal Background
Minimum 10 years of Salesforce development experience
Proficient in Apex Classes Apex Triggers SOQLSOSL LWC Aura Components Visualforce
Deep understanding of Salesforce configurations
Strong experience with SOAPREST APIs
Certification
Salesforce Admin
Salesforce Platform Developer II
Salesforce JavaScript Developer
Salesforce Agentforce Specialist

Variable Compensation: This position includes a bonus or variable payout component based on individual and organizational performance. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual''s skills, experience, performance and internal equity.
