Job Summary
Lead and oversee complex projects ensuring successful delivery through effective project planning and management
Job Description
Drive endtoend project planning including defining scope timelines and resource allocation.
Develop comprehensive project schedules and monitor progress against milestones.
Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to align project objectives with organizational goals.
Utilize project management methodologies to ensure quality and timely delivery.
Identify potential risks and implement mitigation strategies to minimize project impact.
Maintain clear and consistent communication channels with all project stakeholders.
Ensure adherence to project governance frameworks and compliance standards.
Foster continuous improvement by analyzing project outcomes and applying lessons learned
Roles and Responsibilities
Lead resource management efforts to optimize team performance and utilization.
Manage stakeholder relationships to ensure expectations are met and concerns are addressed promptly.
Oversee quality management processes to guarantee deliverables meet established standards.
Implement risk and crisis management plans to proactively address challenges.
Provide strategic guidance and mentorship to project teams and junior managers.
Facilitate project governance by enforcing policies procedures and best practices.
Drive decisionmaking processes and escalate issues as necessary to senior leadership.
Monitor project budgets and ensure financial objectives are achieved.
