Job Summary
Provide project management for small projects and/or programs. Manage defined programs of gas distribution system projects for which engineering and/or construction may be provided by internal and external resources (contractors and consultants). Participate in the development and implementation of project management process improvements across the company. May serve as assistant project manager for other large, complex projects or programs.

Required Qualifications
Education & Experience Required:
Bachelor's Degree in Business or engineering preferred plus 2 years' experience performing project management related functions or
Associate's Degree plus 6 years' experience performing project management functions
Two years of related project experience is required
Must have demonstrated project management experience as a project manager or a team member with some assigned leadership responsibilities, particularly leading cross-functional team members on small to medium- sized projects
Skills/Abilities:
Ability to understand and communicate the link of project activities to business strategy
Must have some skills in the use of project management methodology, tools, such as Microsoft Project, Primavera and be knowledgeable in the use of other project management tools and techniques
Must possess strong written and verbal skills with the ability to create and deliver effective project reports and presentations
Must communicate well with all project stakeholders
