Job Summary: Seeking an Associate Pension Analyst to support pension benefits and refund processing, benefit calculations, member file updates, and documentation review.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process pension benefits, refunds, and benefit calculations.
- Review applications and supporting documentation.
- Update member records and process death notifications.
- Conduct beneficiary research and disability application reviews.
- Communicate with members/beneficiaries for required documents.
- Ensure accuracy and compliance with plan policies.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Strong analytical, mathematical, and research skills.
- Excellent communication and attention to detail.
- Benefits administration experience preferred.
