As part of our team, you will:

• Perform basic job skills under the guidance of a qualified operator.
• Clean and maintain tools and work areas.
• Demonstrate basic math and communication skills.
• Maintain an orderly work area and manage time effectively.
• Follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and work instructions precisely.
• Adhere to Company Environmental, Health, Safety, and Sustainability policies.
• Collaborate professionally with peers and supervisors.
• Assist others to achieve work center goals.

Requirements

• High School diploma or GED.
• Minimum of 6 months of related experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Ability to perform basic machine adjustments.
• Experience in a regulated industry (cGMP, SOPs, audits, etc.).
• Proficiency in using computers (e.g., email, MS Word).
• Strong communication skills: reading, writing, and team interaction.

Preferences

• Experience with SAP.
• Experience with Lean Manufacturing.
• Mechanical aptitude.

Work Environment

The work environment includes handling viral and bacterial hazards, potentially hazardous chemicals, and infectious bodily fluids. You will spend up to 75% of your time standing, walking, or sitting for extended periods. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs is required. Flexible work hours are necessary to meet project deadlines.

Work Schedule: "Firemen's Rotation" – Two 12-hour days (6:00am-6:00pm) followed by two 12-hour nights (6:00pm-6:00am), with 4 days on and 3 days off.
