Essential Responsibilities:
  • Builds collaborative relationships and provides coaching to drive team performance.
  • Leads organizational change and fosters open dialogue among team members.
  • Manages work units by translating plans into actions and ensuring policy compliance.
  • Oversees resource allocation, equipment maintenance, and safe environments.
  • Drives hospital administrative functions including HR, training, budgets, and survey readiness.
  • Manages care delivery operations, emergency preparedness, and multidisciplinary teams.
  • Improves operations through root cause analysis and strategic projects.
  • Ensures compliance with Nursing Practice Act, Joint Commission, and regulatory standards.
Minimum Qualifications:
  • BSN and 3 years in business operations, clinical healthcare, or related field.
  • 3 years patient care delivery experience.
  • 2 years in a leadership role.
  • Registered Nurse License (Oregon) at hire.
  • Basic Life Support certification at hire.
Required Skills and Experience:
  • Surgical services and perioperative experience.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certification.
  • ANCC certification in related practice area.
