    Description

    We are seeking a creative, analytical, and strategically minded professional to join the COO Group. In this role, you will partner with senior leaders and cross‑functional teams to address some of the organization’s most important strategic and operational challenges. This position offers the opportunity to influence firm‑wide strategy in a collaborative environment with significant potential for professional growth.

    What You’ll Do Day‑to‑Day

    As an Associate, you will help tackle the organization’s most complex and high‑impact strategic questions. Responsibilities include:

    Synthesizing data from multiple sources to develop insightful recommendations

    • Driving the execution of strategic initiatives across functions
    • Researching and analyzing evolving business issues and operational challenges
    • Supporting projects such as evaluating new office locations, shaping generative AI strategy, and contributing to long‑term strategic planning
    • Assisting with major firm‑level initiatives, including corporate transactions, growth planning, and operational optimization

    This role requires intellectual agility, strong analytical capabilities, and the ability to manage evolving priorities.


    Requirements

    Who We’re Looking For

    • Bachelor’s degree or higher in any field, with a strong record of professional achievement
    • At least one year of relevant experience in strategy, operations, consulting, finance, or a comparable environment
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to take on high‑impact, ambiguous projects
    • Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and experience managing cross‑functional projects
    • Critical thinkers who can independently drive work forward will excel in this role
    • Coding or financial modeling skills are a plus, but not required


    Benefits

    • Expected annual base salary:
    • $135,000–$175,000 for candidates with undergraduate or master’s degrees
    • $150,000–$200,000 for candidates with JDs, MBAs, or PhDs
    • Variable compensation in the form of a year‑end bonus (guaranteed in the first year)
