Associate Network Construction Manager

Job Summary
The Associate Network Construction Manager supports infrastructure projects by coordinating inspections, managing quality control (QC) infractions, and dispatching General Contractors (GCs) and repair crews to ensure compliance with project and regulatory standards. This role plays a key part in identifying issues, coordinating repairs, and tracking resolutions to keep projects on schedule. The position is primarily remote/work-from-home. Must be local to Southern California due to site visits. 

Key Responsibilities
  • Dispatch General Contractors (GCs) to inspect utility poles and related infrastructure
  • Coordinate and dispatch crews for QC-related repairs and corrective work
  • Identify, track, and manage QC infractions and required repairs
  • Monitor and resolve JPA infractions in accordance with project guidelines
  • Ensure compliance with GO95 and GO128 standards
  • Communicate infractions clearly to GCs and crews and provide direction for resolution
  • Follow up to confirm inspections, repairs, and corrective actions are completed properly
  • Maintain accurate documentation of inspections, infractions, dispatch activity, and resolutions
  • Support Project Managers with reporting, compliance tracking, and project status updates

Qualifications
  • Experience in project coordination, construction, telecom, or utility infrastructure preferred
  • Familiarity with QC processes, JPA infractions, and GO95/GO128 standards preferred
  • Strong communication skills for coordinating with GCs and field crews
  • Highly organized with strong follow-up and documentation skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously
  • Comfortable working independently in a remote/work-from-home environment
  • Note: Flexibility and a willingness to step outside of the defined role at times is essential in this position
