1st shift (United States of America)The Middle Market Credit Delivery Associates have a broad understanding of the market, credit acumen, and products within sponsor/leveraged finance and general Middle Market banking segments. Facilitates financial analysis, risk assessment and credit structure recommendations for more complex client and prospect profiles with limited oversight. Takes increasing ownership of projects in coordination with assigned leader and mentors more junior teammates. Contributes to prudent underwriting and effective credit and risk administration with particular emphasis on adherence to credit policy and requirements. Supplements analysis with research and evaluations from a wide variety of sources to develop an assessment of client, competitor, property segment, market and industry risks and trends. Credit Delivery Associates typically support VP and SVP level teammates and require increasingly less oversight, begin owning components of opportunities more fully and exhibiting confidence in many facets of independent client interaction. Begins to act as a resource for more junior teammates, participating in training and onboarding for new hires.
