    What You'll Do

    Provide psychiatric care for adults and children

    Lead, mentor, and support behavioral health providers

    Partner with the CMO and clinical leaders

    Strengthen integrated care, quality, and access

    Guide best practices and process improvement

    Support provider onboarding, retention, and growth

    Represent Premier's mission in the community

    Qualifications

    MD or DO from an accredited medical school

    Licensed to practice medicine in Florida

    Board eligible or board certified

    Completed psychiatry residency

    10 years of successful clinical practice experience

    Behavioral health leadership experience

    Bonus Skills

    EHR or Epic experience

    Multi-provider practice experience

    FQHC or community health experience

    Eligible for hospital privileges

    Working Conditions & Physical Requirements

    • Ability to lift 20 lbs. regularly and 30-50 lbs. occasionally
    • Ability to sit for long periods of time
    • Travel to PCHG sites and occasional conferences
    • Direct exposure to computer screens
    • May be exposed to contagious or infectious diseases

    Background Screening Requirement:

    This position requires a Level 2 background screening through the Florida Agency for Health Care Administration (AHCA) Care Provider Background Screening Clearinghouse.
