You will lead clinical performance for a district of 5 to 10 senior primary care centers across the Greater Orlando region, mentoring clinicians, shaping practice patterns, and keeping care inside high value channels, with your own clinical credibility as the currency.

What you will own

• Peer coaching grounded in practice pattern and cost data that changes provider behavior
• A structured mentorship framework that upskills Nurse Practitioners and PAs in VBC documentation and referrals
• Compliant HCC documentation coached at the point of care
• Quality and peer review committee leadership across your district

What you bring

• MD or DO, board certified in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Geriatric Medicine
• Active, unrestricted Florida license
• Three plus years practicing inside a downside risk or Medicare Advantage primary care model
• The standing with peers to have hard conversations and be thanked for them
