As Associate Media Director , you will lead strategic media planning that reaches enterprise business decision-makers on a national scale. Working collaboratively with cross-functional teams in strategy, creative, MKS and brand, you'll create holistic media strategies, build data-driven audience segments, conduct channel planning, make and defend media objectives, support performance recommendations, and drive innovation across a full-channel approach spanning video, display, audio, social, LinkedIn, and sponsored editorial.Using data insights and continuous testing, you'll optimize toward KPI targets, mentor team members, and deliver innovative solutions that ensure campaign accuracy, efficiency, and measurable business impact.
