Job DetailsKey Responsibilities and Duties
- Manage the marketing calendar for owned brands and ensure activations are planned, briefed, and delivered on time.
- Develop consumer-facing marketing content across digital, in-store, foodservice, and trade channels.
- Manage day-to-day agency relationships, including briefs, feedback, timelines, and deliverables.
- Ensure U.S. brand execution aligns with established positioning and visual identity.
- Monitor U.S. market trends and competitive activity.
- Support commercialization of new products for the U.S. market.
- Own packaging development from briefing through production-ready files.
- Coordinate packaging revisions, regulatory and QA reviews, and design partners.
- Partner with Sales, Supply Chain, and Production on new product launches.
- Track innovation performance after launch and incorporate learnings into future development.
- Develop sales-support materials including sell sheets, category fact sheets, promotional materials, and product-specific content.
- Ensure customer-facing tools are grounded in consumer and category data.
- Develop foodservice marketing materials, culinary positioning, and channel-specific tools.
- Manage U.S. POS materials and marketing collateral.
- Support digital shelf content and retailer media coordination.
- Develop familiarity with syndicated data sources such as Circana and Numerator.
- Apply consumer and shopper research to brand and campaign decisions.
- Support custom consumer research and shopper behavior analysis.
- Track U.S. marketing spend against project-level budgets.
- Manage multiple concurrent projects, timelines, vendors, and deliverables.
- Communicate project progress and proactively flag risks.
Qualifications Needed:
- 3–5 years of brand-side CPG marketing experience, preferably within food, protein, or a related consumer goods industry.
- Experience building, positioning, and activating consumer brands.
- Experience managing packaging development, marketing materials, and agency relationships independently.
- Experience with or strong familiarity with the U.S. retail landscape, including key accounts, channel dynamics, and buyer-facing commercial support.
- Strong background in brand marketing, consumer marketing, and marketing execution.
- Experience supporting new product launches / innovation commercialization.
- Experience developing marketing and sales-support materials for retail and/or foodservice.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly PowerPoint and Excel.
- Experience with design coordination and digital asset management.
- Syndicated data experience such as Circana is an asset.
- Foodservice marketing or sales-support experience is a plus.
