We're partnering with a respected luxury jewelry brand known for its curated vintage collections and loyal global clientele, seeking an Associate Marketing Manager to support and execute marketing initiatives across their growing luxury retail business. This role is ideal for someone who is highly organized, proactive, analytical, and thrives in a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment.This is a highly cross-functional position where you'll play a central role in coordinating campaigns, managing marketing operations, supporting partnerships and affiliate initiatives, and ensuring seamless collaboration between internal teams and external agencies. You'll work closely with leadership, creative partners, sales, operations, and customer experience teams to drive brand growth, operational efficiency, and revenue performance across two complementary luxury brands.You will own the email and SMS content calendar, drive customer segmentation and retention initiatives through Klaviyo, and help build out influencer and affiliate programs from the ground up. Success in this role means launching campaigns on time and on strategy, creating scalable workflows that improve marketing efficiency, and meaningfully contributing to customer acquisition, engagement, and partnership revenue growth.The ideal candidate is equal parts project manager, marketing operator, and strategist — someone who can bring structure to ideas, move projects forward efficiently, and ensure marketing initiatives are executed at a high level.Key ResponsibilitiesMarketing Operations & WorkflowOptimize task management, day-to-day marketing operations and larger project management across multiple stakeholdersBuild and maintain organized workflows, timelines, marketing calendars, and asset tracking systemsCoordinate briefing processes for creative, content, and campaign initiativesEnsure campaigns and deliverables move efficiently from concept to executionHelp streamline internal processes between marketing, sales, operations, and customer experience teamsCampaign Planning & ExecutionBring new ideas for campaigns - promotional, brand, CRM - at a regular cadenceSupport development and execution of integrated marketing campaigns across email, paid media, partnerships, social, SMS, and retail initiativesCoordinate campaign timelines, deliverables, approvals, and launch schedulesAssist in seasonal campaign planning, promotional calendars, product launches, and key retail momentsTrack campaign performance and communicate insights and next steps to leadershipAffiliates & PartnershipsAssist in managing affiliate marketing programs, and partnership relationshipsDevelop the framework for an influencer program and stylist programCoordinate outreach, gifting, tracking links, reporting, and communication with affiliateand brand partnersLead collaboration opportunities including retail activations, trunk shows, influencer campaigns, and strategic partnershipsTrack partnership performance and maintain reporting dashboardsCRM & Customer MarketingOwn weekly email and SMS content & calendarCRM management and customer segmentation initiatives within KlaviyoSpearhead lifecycle marketing campaigns, customer journeys, and retention initiativesRegularly set CRM initiatives to engage our subscriber and customer lists with compelling customer campaignsKey ObjectivesDrive efficient execution of marketing initiatives across both brandsImprove operational organization and cross-functional communicationSupport customer acquisition, retention, and partnership growth initiativesEnsure campaigns launch on time and align with business goalsCreate scalable workflows that improve marketing efficiency and team collaborationWhat We're Looking For2–5 years of experience in marketing, project management, account management, or marketing operationsStrong organizational and project management skills with exceptional attention to detailAbility to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneouslyExcellent written and verbal communication skillsComfortable working cross-functionally with both creative and operational teamsExperience coordinating with agencies, freelancers, or external partnersAnalytical mindset with ability to interpret campaign and CRM performance dataSelf-starter who thrives in a fast-moving, entrepreneurial environmentStrong sense of ownership and accountabilityExperience with Shopify, Klaviyo, Asana, Monday, Airtable, or similar tools preferredLuxury, fashion, jewelry, retail, or e-commerce experience is a plusWork ScheduleIn-office at our Beverly Hills showroom (Mon-Fri)#J-18808-Ljbffr
