Job Title: Associate Manufacturing Operator - 3rd Shift
Location: Tucson, AZ 85755
Pay Rate: $20.00 - $20.61 / Hour
Work Schedule: Sunday - Thursday, 10:00 PM - 6:30 AM (3rd Shift)
Job Overview:
The Associate Manufacturing Operator is responsible for assembling products following detailed specifications while maintaining production efficiency and adhering to quality control standards. This role operates production tools and machinery safely and reports operational issues directly to supervisors.
Job Specifications:
  • Assemble products according to specific guidelines and standards.
  • Ensure quality control throughout the assembly process.
  • Maintain production efficiency and meet target outputs.
  • Safely operate necessary manufacturing tools and machinery.
  • Report equipment or product issues to supervisors in a timely manner.
Qualifications and Experience:
  • 0–5 years of experience.
  • Strong problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication abilities.
  • Proficiency in relevant industry tools and software.
  • Preferred: Previous manufacturing experience.
