Key Responsibilities:- Provide engineering support to manufacturing processes and projects.
- Evaluate outcomes and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
- Assist in the introduction of new products and equipment.
- Collaborate with teams and leadership through meetings and independent learning.
- Apply your professional expertise to drive quality and efficiency on the shop floor.
- Supporting manufacturing processes by monitoring performance and identifying areas for improvement.
- Evaluating manufacturing outcomes to ensure quality standards are met.
- Collaborating with teams to facilitate new product introductions and process upgrades.
- Implementing continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
- Reviewing engineering drawings and technical documentation to ensure accuracy.
- Assisting in the setup and commissioning of new equipment and machinery.
- Participating in meetings with leadership to align on project goals and progress.
- Analyzing production data to identify trends and opportunities for optimization.
- Documenting process procedures and technical updates for team reference.
- Learning new technologies and tools to stay current with industry best practices.
Qualifications: - Bachelors degree in Engineering or related field.
- Strong problem-solving and judgment skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage tasks efficiently.
- Experience in technical writing and drawing evaluation.
- Basic computer skills and proficiency in common software tools.
