As an Associate Manager, you will serve in an entry-level leadership role designed to develop future Operations Managers within Specialized Field Services. You will gain leadership experience through employee development, safety leadership, customer engagement, operational support, business process ownership, ERP stewardship, financial accountability, and continuous improvement.
You will lead through influence, accountability, collaboration, and ethical decision-making while supporting technicians, customers, and organizational objectives. Leadership will provide mentorship and coaching, while you retain ownership of assigned responsibilities and performance outcomes.

What You’ll Get:
SFS Leadership will establish annual performance expectations and KPIs based on current business needs and organizational priorities. Success will be evaluated across the following areas:
Safety: Safety performance and observations, training and certification compliance, and completion of corrective actions.
Employee Development: Technician progression, coaching effectiveness, engagement, retention, succession development, and weekly technician communication.
Customer Satisfaction: Customer feedback, responsiveness, effective issue resolution, and communication quality.
Process Compliance: Timely timecard, PTO, and expense approvals, policy compliance, and accurate documentation.
Financial Accountability: Credit card compliance, labor and expense reporting accuracy, cost and profitability awareness, and reduction of billing leakage.
ERP and Continuous Improvement: System utilization and compliance, data quality, process improvement contributions, and operational efficiency.

Support and Career Development
The Director of Specialized Field Services, Operations Managers, SFS Coordinators, cross-functional business partners, and organizational mentors provide coaching, guidance, development, and support. Responsibility for execution, performance, and results remains with the Associate Manager.
This role provides a developmental pathway toward Operations Manager, senior operations leadership, regional leadership, and cross-functional leadership opportunities. Promotion consideration occurs between 12 and 24 months based on demonstrated leadership capability, business performance, employee development, organizational impact, and readiness for expanded responsibilities.
