The successful candidate will have experience in all facets of manufacturing maintenance. Maintenance supervision and leadership experience with supporting sustainable production as well as new model and/or new equipment introductions is required. This person must be able to build upon previous successes and take our Maintenance team to the next level. They must be capable of collaborating with cross-functional teams and department leaders to address concerns and issues that affect part quality, production efficiency, safety, equipment maintenance, etc. The successful candidate will also have exceptional interpersonal, organizational, and management skills, demonstrating the ability to be an innovator and change agent.
Manage maintenance team and associated workload for Supervisors, Leads, Technicians, and Engineering support to optimize availability and performance according to established KPIs with increased demand during the ramp-up. Develop team technical competence skills and overall performance. Coordinate and provide technical & non-technical training. Plan, Prioritize & delegate workload both during operations as well as planned downtime based on department impact. Provide effective supervision and coaching to assigned shift employees to achieve the required manufacturing availability, MTTR & MTBF targets. Lead team safety audits, maintenance procedure analysis and development, KPI tracking & reporting, and follow-up actions derived from each.
Workforce management: day-to-day line support, in-house repair work, vacation scheduling, OT & weekend work scheduling. Interaction with Production and Engineering Groups, internal customers, and management. Communicate to employees all issues that affect the plant and perform other duties as assigned by the Manager. Track & report on all impactful unplanned downtime and maintenance events during daily meetings, taking ownership over the RCCA process on equipment under your purview.

Expected Compensation $108,000 - $192,000 annual salary, cash and stock awards, benefits.
