As a pricing associate manager in our Workers' Compensation organization, you'll lead the execution of ratemaking, trend, segmentation, and pricing indication work that shapes critical business decisions. You'll transform how we assess risk and drive profitable growth while we invest in pricing innovation, actuarial excellence, and advanced analytics. The team influences pricing strategies and rate level decisions that keep Workers' Compensation business competitive, responsive to market dynamics, and grounded in strong analytical rigor. You'll collaborate closely with Pricing leaders and cross-functional teams to advance pricing methodologies, strengthen analytical capabilities.

Must-have qualifications

  • A minimum eight years analytical property casualty insurance experience or related professional experience (e.g., analytical work in a professional setting).
  • {OR} Bachelor's degree or higher with an emphasis in Finance, Mathematics, Accounting or related field of study (e.g., Economics, Statistics) and a minimum five years analytical property casualty insurance experience or related professional experience (e.g., analytical work in a professional setting).

Preferred skills

  • Prior experience in Workers' Compensation rate-making.
  • Experience with SQL and R programming.
  • Demonstrated usage of industry data (example NCCI) for ratemaking purposes.
  • Accreditation from the Casualty Actuarial Society (example ACAS)

Compensation

  • $98,400 - $131,200/year depending on position level and experience
  • Gainshare annual cash incentive payment up to 30% of your eligible earnings based on company performance
