Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and business-oriented Business HR & Talent Acquisition Specialist with 8 plus years of experience to support end-to-end talent acquisition and HR business partnering activities. The role will work closely with business leaders and hiring managers to attract, hire, develop, and retain talent while ensuring a positive employee experience and alignment with organizational objectives.
The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience managing full-cycle recruitment, employee relations, performance management support, HR operations, and stakeholder engagement in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Talent Acquisition
Manage end-to-end recruitment activities, including requisition intake, sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offer management, and onboarding support.
Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce requirements and develop recruitment strategies.
Build and maintain candidate pipelines for critical and future hiring needs.
Conduct HR screening interviews and candidate assessments.
Coordinate and facilitate interview processes across multiple stakeholders.
Manage offer discussions, salary benchmarking, and candidate negotiations.
Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
Maintain accurate recruitment data in ATS and generate hiring reports and metrics.
Business HR Partnering
Act as the first point of contact for employees and managers on HR-related matters.
Partner with business leaders to support on BAU
Support performance management processes, goal setting, and annual review cycles.
Facilitate employee engagement initiatives and retention programs.
HR Operations & Compliance
Support onboarding and offboarding processes.
Assist with compensation review processes and market benchmarking.
Partner with payroll, benefits, and compliance teams to resolve employee queries.
Participate in HR projects and continuous process improvement initiatives.
Ensure adherence to internal HR policies and recruitment governance standards.
Assist with benefits administration management; i.e. benefit enrollments and terminations, monthly invoice reconciliation, and open enrollment processes.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
Minimum 8 years of experience in Human Resources, with exposure to both Talent Acquisition and HR Business Partnering.
Strong knowledge of full-cycle recruitment methodologies.
Experience supporting employee relations, performance management, and talent management initiatives.
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
Ability to manage competing priorities and work independently.
Experience using ATS, HRIS, and Microsoft Office Suite.
Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
