    About us

    Your Contribution

    • Lead and supervise a team of engineers on automation design, development, and implementation
    • Identify and implement automation opportunities to improve Yield, Quality, OEE, MTBF/MTTR, and cost efficiency
    • Prepare automation concepts, system design, specifications, CAPEX plans, and project roadmaps
    • Oversee automation projects from design, fabrication, installation to buy‑off and handover
    • Establish and execute acceptance testing for automation systems, databases, networks, MES/SAP integration
    • Support daily manufacturing operations by solving equipment, yield, and breakdown issues
    • Drive system capability improvement (hardware, software, robotics, vision systems) based on defined KPIs
    • Review and upgrade manual material handling systems into robotic, actuator, or servo‑based solutions
    • Develop preventive maintenance plans, technical manuals, SOPs, troubleshooting guides, and training materials
    • Ensure machine safety, maintainability, cleanroom compliance, and reliability requirements are met
    • Lead continuous improvement programs to increase equipment productivity and reduce maintenance cost
    • Coach, train, and develop technical staff in automation knowledge and engineering best practices
    • Ensure high equipment availability to meet production output targets
    • Ensure compliance with ISO, IATF, EHS requirements, company policies, and legal regulations
    • Manage and optimize service level agreements with internal and external service providers

    Your Profile

    • Bachelor's Degree in Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical, Mechatronics Engineering or related fields
    • Minimum 5 years' experience in automated manufacturing equipment design and development
    • Minimum 2 years' experience with automation houses or equivalent industrial environment
    • Experience in supervisory or team‑lead roles preferred
    • Experience in PLC and HMI programming, Industrial robotics (6‑axis robots, cobots), Machine vision system design and implementation
    • Familiar with IT/OT, Industry 40, MES, IoT integration
    • Familiar with Machinery safety standards and compliance, Equipment maintainability and reliability concepts, and CAD drawings and technical documentation
    • Strong mechanical and electrical system knowledge
    • Ability to read and create mechanical drawings and wiring diagrams
    • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem‑solving skills
    • Ability to manage multiple projects and coordinate with suppliers
    • Good communication and leadership skills
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office and engineering software (AutoCAD, NX, etc)
    • Good command of English
